Non Necessities that Really set the vibe at your Wedding

Lots of people are always looking for ways to save money on their weddings, which is totally understandable, but there are some things that just create a totally different experience for your guests and we love seeing them at weddings.

Here are some great ideas that really make your event memorable and luxurious.

  1. Real Floral Arrangements - I know I know, call us classic but the reality is that photographing real floral arrangements just make a huge difference comparing to the faux ones. Having real floral decor is gorgeous, it smells amazing, and it creates a wispy look that is super memorable.

  2. Guest Menu Cards- These are one of the pieces that get lost in wedding planning. They are simply a statement piece for your guest, and creates a more elegant look to your dining wear. All of the weddings that we see these little menus in take our breath away with the little extra details.

  3. Scenic First Dance- There is one thing that will never get repeated in your life and that is your first dance as husband and wife. We absolutely love the scenic first dances with the cloud and sparkler effects, some of the ones with firework backgrounds may seem like they are an extra unnecessary add on, but we welcome them with open arms.

  4. The 360 Photo booth- This is SO fun, you stand in the middle and wait for the machine to get a 360 live view of you! They are memorable and really capture the moment for your guests.

  5. Bridesmaids and Groomsmen Gifts- These are absolutely not necessary, but a very sweet gesture to the people who have spent a lot of time and money to be apart of your day. We think they are definitely a sweet touch.

  6. Videography- This one is a MUST. We see so many people forgo the video packages, and they are just capturing the moment like nothing else. You want to make sure that you really enjoy your moments and have someone capturing the day as a whole.

  7. Guest Room Blocks- This may be a pretty hefty cost, but to be frank it helps with retention for your wedding for your VIP guests. You want to create a dynamic that is fun, exciting, and easy breezy.

  8. The Cocktail Package- This is not necessary, but it makes your event a lot more fun when you have cocktails. People loosen up a lot faster and enjoy the event at their own pace and don't have to stand in line for as many drinks. It makes for a happy bartender, sometimes a happier bill, and a happier guest.

  9. The Getaway Car- This is definitely not a necessity, but it is FUN. Every getaway car we have ever seen just ads an extra level of excitement and fun and not to mention that the photos look amazing.

  10. Hors d'oeuvres- I know I know, we are trying to stick to a budget but hear us out. Nothing rings fancy like this with a nice glass of champagne to start off your toasts. It's tasty, fun, and really a crowd pleaser. Do yourself a favor and don't skip this for the budget.

Thanks again for taking the time to read our blog. We hope that this gives you some fun ideas for your events and wedding this year! As always

Best,

Victoria
