How to Choose a Wedding Planner

Goodmorning from Nashville TN!🎸

If you are reading this you probably JUST got engaged 💍

CONGRATULATIONS 🍾

WE ARE THRILLED FOR YOU AND THIS JOURNEY TO MATRIMONY! ❤️

With that being said you have probably gotten 100 messages from the groups on Facebook, have no idea where to start, and really feel a little bonkers talking to people from all walks of life.

So here are 3 tips I have for making your wedding experience a little easier!

  1. Let people know your budget! This may seem a little personal or embarrassing maybe but it helps vendors. I have packages available for clients that don't have me attending and have interns who I oversee working some budget friendly events. They are perfect for smaller weddings with people on a budget!

  2. Get a planner BEFORE you get the space- some companies offer a full planner service for the locations you go to or they have set vendors that you must use! If you get a planner before that it really keeps things easier for you and your experience.

  3. Look for people who are interested in meeting on FaceTime or in person- most wedding planners are going to charge you for 1 year of work. Depending on the size of your wedding and if you have a venue picked out yet - that could start at $2000 and go up to $7000 just for planning (this does not include coordinating) so keep in mind this person is going to help you plan a wedding fast and help you stay within your overall budget!

Hope this helps!

Victoria
